Subaru’s Zero Landfill Initiative Wins Positive Change Effie

Carmichael Lynch’s Who We Are Is What We Leave Behind campaign for Subaru of America was named a winner of a Positive Change Effie in the environmental category at the 2017 North American Effie Awards.

The agency also was named a finalist in two additional categories, and Carmichael Lynch Relate was named a finalist for the Sustained Success Effie for its relationship with Sherwin Williams Paint Store Group.

The North American Effie Awards honor the most effective marketing efforts of the year. An annual program, the competition attracts case studies from the most effective marketing communications efforts in the United States and Canada.

After two rounds of judging, the winners represent cases that best demonstrated how they effectively solved a marketing challenge, connected with their target audience, and achieved the results to show it worked.

Award levels will be announced at the 2017 North American Effie Awards Gala on June 1 in New York City.

Carmichael Lynch has won three Sustained Success Effie Awards in the last three years for its continued relationship with Subaru of America, and the “Who We Are Is What We Leave Behind” campaign won two lions at the 2016 Cannes International Festival of Creativity, and a Jay Chiat Award for Strategic Excellence.
